訪問した日はなぜか無料で入館できました。 館内はそれなりに広く、寿司に関する展示が数多く並んでいます。 ただし展示内容は説明文が中心で、正直なところ最後まで読む気が起きないほど単調。 寿司好きでも「博物館」としての面白さや工夫はあまり感じられず、期待して行くと肩透かしかもしれません。 時間つぶし程度、もしくは話のネタとして立ち寄る分には良いかと思います。

附近展出的复古收藏品非常有趣。我特别喜欢其中很多都是真品而非复制品。江户东京博物馆的寿司展区则更显精致。 我想喜欢民俗文化和民间传说的人一定会非常喜欢这里。 这真是一个让我兴奋不已的好地方。

您可以下载免费的语音导览，所以记得带上耳机。可惜的是，语音导览并不提供任何关于寿司的信息，只包含一些零散的文化介绍，比如凉鞋、街道等等。如果您在参观博物馆前先在寿司街吃过寿司，博物馆会提供半价优惠。如果您花时间使用翻译软件来理解博物馆关于寿司的部分，那会很有趣，但除此之外，并不值得专程前往。
