Admission Guidelines

• Children & Youth: Entry is free for kids aged 3 or younger. If they're under 13, they need to be with an adult. The "Youth price" is set for junior and high school students.

• Entry Times: The opening times for teamLab Planets TOKYO DMM can change. Confirm the times here before you go. Remember, the last entry is an hour before they close.

• Ticket Specifics: This ticket is valid only for the Toyosu location. Don't try to use it at other teamLab spots.

On Arrival

• Timings: Turn up when your ticket says and get in line. The time on your ticket doesn't limit how long you can stay inside.

• Queueing: If you're in a group and someone needs to step out of the line, make sure someone stays in the queue. If you're alone and need to leave, please tell a staff member.

• Strollers & Wheelchairs: Park your stroller before entering. Kids under 13 should be with an adult. Wheelchair users will have a specific route, avoiding water features. Swap your wheelchair for one provided by teamLab Planets upon entering (limited availability). No re-entry once you're inside.

Venue Insights

• Dress Code: You won't have shoes on. Some spots have water up to an adult's knees, so pack a change of clothes for kids. Mind the mirrored floors if wearing short skirts or wide pants.

• Lighting: Some places are very bright or very dark. Keep close to kids for safety. During busy periods, you might be asked to move along if lingering in one spot.

• Luggage: Free lockers are provided for items measuring up to 26 cm x 49.5 cm x 87.5 cm. Anything larger can't be stored as there's no cloakroom. Large suitcases will be secured in a designated area.

Other Important Info

• Liability: The venue isn't responsible for lost or stolen items.

• Photography: Staff might take photos. If you're not okay with that, let them know.

• Viewing Art: Sometimes art installations might not be viewable due to unforeseen issues

• Moss Garden: Open in light rain but closed for heavy rain or strong winds.

Health & Behavior Guidelines

• Sensitivities: Caution is advised if you're sensitive to light or have fears of tight, dark, or elevated spaces.

• Venue Rules: No entry if you're intoxicated, disruptive, eating, drinking, or smoking. Don't bring hazardous items or any deemed inappropriate. Re-entry isn't allowed. Don't film or photograph for commercial use without permission. Animals, including service dogs, aren't allowed.
