Excellent learning experience on the basics of sake! Hide was very informative and passionate about sake, and taught us everything we were wanting to know about the history, cultural significance, and production of sake. The atmosphere is clean, pleasant and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this sake experience if you’re visiting Japan or if you live here and just want to know more about sake!
Sake made approachable, and fun!
We had a fantastic experience with Hide. He was clearly incredibly knowledgeable in all things Sake, and we left with a much greater appreciation for it. Would highly recommend taking the advanced sake course, but even if you are just around the neighborhood and want to stop by for a couple of pours, it is a very unique store, and highly worth going out of your way to experience.
