Nice experience
The bike ride was very excellent. Nara by bike was nice. The guide Robert was very nice en explained some background.

Mostly deer/Nara Park, but a nice afternoon anyway
A lovely afternoon out, though quite heavy on the Nara Park experience and lighter on the temples/knife aspect. We were a large-ish group in a crowd and it was sometimes hard to get a real history background on the locality (the deer were also a distraction) and the knife store visit was just that -- not a special event per se.
