How do I get to the venue?

Transportation is not included. You’ll need to make your own way to the Grand TJT facility. It's easily accessible by public transit and very close to Tokyo Tower.

What types of sushi will I learn to make?

Depending on your chosen course, you’ll learn how to make Nigiri, Gunkan, and Hosomaki sushi. The Deluxe and Super Deluxe courses also include hands-on practice with slicing fish and using higher-quality ingredients.
