The female staff on the 5th floor, sitting next to the elevator, was extremely rude. She tapped me quite hard to say ‘no photos,’ even though there was no sign near the area I was looking at—only a ‘no food and drink’ sign. The tapping felt really inappropriate, and I couldn’t believe I was being touched like that in Japan. She could have at least tried to speak to me first, but instead, her first action was to tap me forcefully. It felt very intrusive and unacceptable to be touched by a service personnel in a shop.
