Incredible experience seeing the SoftBank Hawks playing the Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters. We got a bunch of freebies since it was one of the first games of the season. Very modern stadium and easy to get around. Staff were helpful. I’m originally from the US so I’ve been to quite a few baseball games back in my home country. Baseball in Japan is next level. I’m not even the biggest sports fan, but seeing baseball games in Japan made me fall in love with the sport again. Easily the most fun sporting event you’ll ever go to. I highly recommend any visitor to Japan go to a baseball game while visiting Japan, you’ll get an authentic unique Japanese experience for sure. The crowd’s energy is contagious and you’ll leave with a smile on your face. The game was amazing and I was on the edge of my seat! This was my second time going to a baseball game in Japan and it was easily my favourite!
Fantastic experience here for a KPop Concert (Seventeen). Picking up tickets, purchasing merchandise & food, and entering the arena was, by far, the smoothest I have ever experienced at any venue. The sound was also great (we sat high up), and my friend & I had an amazing time. I would absolutely recommend this venue to anyone, for a concert or otherwise.
Caught a great game in this stadium! Many food and BEER options around and inside the stadium! Crowd was amazing as well
Came here to watch a game of baseball! We didn't have pre-ordered tickets (we're from Australia) and we bought them from the ticket office at Gate 7.
There are lots of merchandise stands outside the stadium and plenty of foods choices within.
Tip: As with most sporting venues, you can't bring in outside food and drinks into the stadium.
Make sure you're around/ seated for the 7th innings. Everyone let's off balloons! A kind lady behind me gave me one of hers to let off with the rest of the crowd.
The Hawks won and there was more balloon letting off and fireworks at the end!
A super fun experience.
Baseball in Japan is like a religion. The spectators were so enthusiastic. The seats are comfortable and so many great food options. A great experience I would recommend to everyone.
