Very beautiful interiors with a great view of the lake. It wasn’t so crowded wither despite it being a weekend. You can also walk out to the dock and get some amazing pictures. Did get bit by a strange bug that often appears in the area according to the staff there.
Took advantage of the mild weather so parked at Kegon Falls no 2& walked the lakeside path 3km to the Italian villa. A stunning place with wonderful views of the lake and mountains. The special interiors and architectural features like the cedar lined walls and ceiling are worth noting. Buy the combined ticket for British embassy park as well for 450Y.
Walked to the closest bus stop and had a nice ride back to the bus station which is close to Kegon Falls and parking.
Beautiful villa with a great view! They have sell combined tickets for the Italian and the British villa. Loved the window bringing in the natural lights and the wood giving the place a warm vibe. They also have a small jetty to get a better view of the mountain.
It's a nice place nearby the lake.
Till end of March is closed and from April will be open.
Surrounded by forest and designed nicely.
Atmosphere is good and there are signs and information about it's history and plans.
