Great scenic spot. I just found it by browsing Google map. It doesn't seem to be an advertised spot. It looks like only the locals know about it. Kinda tricky to drive up there. But definitely worth it. Overviewing the whole city of Shizuoka City, Fuji San, the Pacific ocean in the background. Many picnic tables available and a couple of shelters in case of rain or hard sun.

This is great place near Shizuoka city where you can have a panoramic views of Shizuoka from different points.

Excellent view of Shizuoka City. Complete with free car park.

There are separate toilets for men and women in the parking lot, and the parking lot is large enough to fit over 10 cars. The park is just a short walk away, and another 20 minutes will take you to Ipponmatsu Park. The views are spectacular, and are enjoyed by locals and others. In late March, the weeping cherry trees and magnolia trees bloom all at once, creating a beautiful sight.
