The farm has been cultivating strawberries since 1964, representing over six decades of experience in strawberry farming. The current operation is managed by owner Sadao Kawatsura, who continues the family tradition of providing quality fruit-picking experiences to visitors from across Japan and internationally.

The farm's philosophy centers on growing strawberries with minimal agricultural chemicals, emphasizing natural cultivation methods and environmental sustainability. Kawatsura Strawberry Farm utilizes honeybee pollination and special gardening techniques that enhance plant growth and produce strawberries with exceptional flavor.
