What other travelers are saying about Kobe City Hall Observation Deck
Free views of Kobe’s skyline, recommended to see at night to admire the night lights. No wait required to ride the elevator to the 24th floor. Though there’s not a lot of real estate for the glass windows to get a 360 view of the city. But hey can’t complain its free :D
This place is a hidden gem - great view (both sea view and mountain view), not touristy and free! Came on a weekday afternoon, I basically got the whole place for myself
There is a dedicated elevator just for the observation lobby right at the entrace of building 1, you cant miss it
Pretty good for a free view
Closes at 10pm. You can’t go outside — the view’s all through glass — but still nice and worth a quick visit if you’re in the area.
