This is a very mid-tier outlet mall for locals rather than tourists, providing the premium shopping experience in terms of prices but not quality. The slightly more upmarket brands do not have good deals. Food seems to be the main draw, as it is cheaper than that of restaurants, but why travel close to an hour from central Nagoya to this outlet for food, when there is good food everywhere in central Nagoya? We were glad we did not head over straight from the airport on our day of arrival as it was not worth the pain in travelling.

The food options are also of a good standard, so you can have an enjoyable lunch or tea break while shopping.
Carpark: No carpark within the Mitsui Outlet Park. Navigate to "Nagashimaonsen Kanko Bus Senyo Parking Lot 長島温泉 観光バス専用駐車場". This extrenely large carpark is right beside the entrance to Mitsui Outlet Park and and Nagashima Sea Land.

Notably, the revamped Evergreen Kitchen food court on L1 is a delightful addition to complement the Jazz Dining food court on L2. Six stops operate within the relatively sizeable space. It's clean, well-ventilated with good layout, comfortable (indoor and outdoor) seating and relaxing atmosphere👍👏😋 This family- and pet-friendly spot is ideal to enjoy casual meals and unwinding. Be it shopping or dining, MOPJDN is worth visiting and revisits👍👏💪
Nicely done outlet/theme park/onsen with accommodation. One hour bus ride from Nagoya bus station. Worth the trip. All the brands are present. You can stay overnight to spend time at the theme park and onsen spa.
Second time visiting here. Honestly it’s not worth the effort to get here from Nagoya station and back. About an hour bus ride with some traffic (one way) and limited buses. You will have to start queueing 15-20 mins before the bus depart from the outlet as there is always a super long queue back to Nagoya. The buses are always packed and not ideal if you purchased many stuff (I just bought one stuff). It’s also not cheap re 2,700yen for return trip per adult.
The prices here compared to the ones in Nagoya city is about the same and they use a quite troublesome app tax free redemption process. Need to download a separate app to get the tax refund and it’s not cash. Also have an admin fee.
Skip this place unless you have a lot of time and money to waste. Shopping in Nagoya is way better and much more convenient.
