Fantastic experience on the night cruise, I was lucky enough to have the boat to myself with the guide. The guide was very knowledgeable and helpful when taking pictures.
Even if you don’t go when it is dark, you’ll still get a fantastic view.
Definitely would recommend.
You can take boat from this pier, and stop at the Atomic Bomb Dome
Reasonable service that will get you out past the shore to see the torii gate from the ocean. However, be aware of tides - the can't work magic and their boats need water. You can't get close if it's low tide.
It is easy to get to the island from the dome if your hotels near there. It is more pricy the local trains and ferry but you will save probably a half and hour or more.
