What other travelers are saying about Nokonoshima Island Park
Beautiful fields of flowers and many great photo opportunities to be had here.
Many excellent viewpoints around the park as well, especially overlooking the sea.
The ticket price is a bit steep at 1500 yen, but the overall experience makes up for it.
There is a regular bus service to and fro from the Nkko Island ferry terminal.
Do not visit here during early September, there is nothing worth seeing here. All of the indoor activities were closed. The zoo had barely any animals. The heat was unbearable to do any outdoor activities. Barely any flowers were in full bloom. The famous field was barren.
Totally worth visiting! The ferry ride over was about 560 ¥ round trip. The bus ride was also about 560 ¥ round trip. Access fee is 1500 ¥. It was so beautiful and the flowers are so kawaii. The view of the ocean was nice. There are rabbits and goats on the island. You can pet the goats and feed the rabbits. They’re also super adorable and cute. 100% recommend you visit. :)
Very pretty and big park for someone who likes to take picture of flower . Take bus from the terminal with 260 yen per person . Pay in transport card or cash . Entrance fee is 1500 yen .
It was a great day at the park! Beautiful views and cute animals :) I would probably recommend going during Spring more, as, despite there being some flowers, the actual flower fields weren’t in bloom. So, a visit during late August may not be 100% be worth the price. Still enjoyed my time there a lot!
