This is a stretch of beach next to Rinku Premium Outlets. What’s interesting is the round rocks that covers the beach instead of sand.
The waters are clear and you can even see fishes swimming in the sea.

Great place for sunset views, so come in the evenings.
A really nice place to watch sunsets and take a break. I was worried that this place might be a bit crowded because of the airport near, but there was much less people than I expected. There are some benches in the park with a good view on the sea, but it’s also nice to just sit near the waves.
The water is really clear (especially for someone coming from central Europe).
Not your average idea of a beach but totally worth it. The white bleached rocks and zero sand are the first surprise once you arrive. The water was so nice. You can find lots of snails in the clean clear 💧 water. Not many people were in the water but a few tents and a lovely park with trees, greenery, and park benches if the rock beach isn't your thing.
After shopping at Rinku town, we went here and it was incredibly scenic. I’ve never seen a beach like this in my life and enjoyed walked around it and skipping rocks in the water. The only small downside is that I don’t think the water is that good for swimming as there’s only rocks to step on. If you’re going to the Osaka airport, I would recommend stopping by here before you leave.
