An observatory deck where you can get 360 degrees view of Ishigaki! Plenty of carpark space and public toilet available.

Maybe because it was a cloudy day, there weren't many people around. There's no parking fee, and there aren't really any convenience facilities nearby. However, the overall natural scenery and the driving route are so beautiful that I highly recommend it.

Amazing views looking both north and south along the east coast of the island. The brush and trees have been cut back so the views are unimpeded. There is also a very nice amount of landscaping and flowers with paved paths to explore. Definitely worth stopping to visit if you're in the area.
