We reserved and attended the swim with dolphin program. We can’t speak or understand Japanese. The staff were very nice and helpful. He spoke English well to tell my daughter about the dolphin ‘GiGi’.
Not too many people due to its relatively “remote” location. But you get close to dolphins during the show as well as some other activities (that you need to pay extra on top of the entrance tickets). Staff are nice and friendly, and truly love the dolphins

it was a great experence of swimming with dolphin. Shop staff asked us 14:20 arrival for preparing wet suit and shoes, and watched dolphin show (14:30)firstly and then our booking was last session (15:30). However the centre was quite faraway from city.
