I went alone for a course meal costing ¥5000. Very fun ambiance and good food. The desserts were particularly good. If you are a tourist, several of the staff vampires speak English well. I reserved in advance, and would suggest you do as well. They might be able to accommodate you, but there are not that many seats, so it's not worth the risk. The entrance is by elevator on a smaller side street. Google maps may act like you can walk through the building from the other side, but you cannot. I think it's very reasonably priced for the experience you get and considering that it is in Ginza. I would go again if I had a friend visiting Tokyo to show them a fun time. The ritual dessert is fun and tasty, and I think the course meal was a good choice. It's a chill environment so you don't really have to worry about being embarrassed while enjoying the ambiance. You can get a picture with the Vampire Rose by buying a souvenir. There are some inexpensive options if you want to do that.
The Vampire Café was such a fun little experience. The theming was really well done and the servers were dressed in vampire outfits that were pretty impressive.
The food was pretty good, not the best thing ever but what made up for it was the presentation! Everything was themed and exceptionally plated in a vampire/occult theme. We ordered the fries and spring rolls (delicious!) as appetizers and then the Four Cheese Pizza and Margherita Pizza for our entrées. While I enjoyed the Margherita, the Four Cheese's dough was way too sweet (though this may be a Japanese thing as this isnt the first one we have had like this).
For drinks, I got the Nasferatu, which came with a really cool glowing effect that was super fun!
Only thing I will note is that I do wish the booths were just a bit more comfortable (its a little cramped in here).
Overall we spent about ¥5,000 (~$31) total on two appetizers, two entrées, and two drinks, which is really well priced! Would highly recommend for people looking for a fun themed night!
Friday night, no reservation, just walked in. Ordered the vegetarian set and a few other items and everything was super delicious and exceeded our expectations. We agreed that we would return to eat here even if it wasn't themed and the food just looked normal. Only thing we didn't like was the mocktails we ordered were way too sweet. The salad was our favorite and we were tempted to order another. Most vampires spoke English and were very attentive and helpful waiters. We will be back!
We reserved a course menu in advance for 5 people. One person got sick and couldnt attend, but we still had to pay the full price since the food was made in advance. That is understandable.
However, the food was not nearly enough for the price. You are paying for the ambiance and experience, not for the amount of food.
The server was not great. A bit short with us when we asked for clarification on the price since we wanted to make sure we understood the payments. It was fine, but wouldn't necessarily return.
I celebrated my birthday in Japan and thought I’ll accomodate myself somewhere special. I was not disappointed!
I ordered a 7 course dinner set, which was really good and the portion sizes were just right. The set looked amazing and the Vampire maids had really nice makeup and costumes too! Dracula, the only male member was roaming around too, which was really cool!
Ashley, (I persume the lead waitress) I could tell is really enjoying her work, since she treated every customer with care and had an attitude fitting the setting of the place. She can also speak English perfectly well!
