Very beautiful and relaxing ancient wood carving village
A very interesting place for tourists to visit.
It's an old townscape. There's no clear distinction between the road and the sidewalk, and cars do pass by, but the traffic is light, so it was safe to walk around. I got a map at the information center in the parking lot at the entrance to the "Wooden Cat Search," but it didn't indicate where each cat was located, so I had to find them myself.
I decided to visit Zuizenji Temple after a long time, and there was a quiz rally-like event in the parking lot where you had to visit clues to solve a mystery, as well as a search for wooden cat carvings, so I decided to enjoy the charming streets as if I were taking a stroll.
