We went to a Marines vs Fighters game here, and it was an absolute blast. It's not something we'd planned to do but it's something that all travelers should plan to do while visiting Chiba or even other areas of Japan.
Exceptional game at a beautiful stadium that is located right on the water. The area is so clean and all is organized really well. The game last Monday was fun to watch, even though the stadium is a bit far from the train station. Plenty of restaurants nearby to go to before or after the game. Would recommend anyone to go!
Great stadium, great fans and vibe. We went on a weekday and could walkup to buy tickets, they sign you up for a free membership. First NPB stadium I have been to, I have been to 22 MLB stadiums and this was excellent experience highly recommend it. Beer girls beer with Rouki Sasaki face was around 800円。 Also we got lucky there was fireworks as well.
Take the JR Keiyo Line from Tokyo Station to Kaihimmakuhari Station, which takes 30 to 40 minutes. The stadium is a 15-minute walk from the station. Shuttle buses operate on game days. By car, the journey takes 40 to 60 minutes from central Tokyo.
Stadium tours are occasionally available on non-game days but require advance reservation through the official website. Tours are not offered daily and availability varies by season. The stadium exterior and surrounding area remain accessible year-round.
Infield reserved seats along the first or third base lines provide good views and a moderate atmosphere. Outfield sections offer the most energetic fan experience with organized chants but require standing and participation. Home plate seats are premium-priced with optimal views.
Most regular season games have available tickets. Weekend games and rivalry matchups can sell out quickly. Purchase tickets through the official website, convenience stores, or the stadium box office. Weekday games have better availability and lower prices.
Concession stands sell yakisoba, karaage, takoyaki, hot dogs, bento boxes, and Chiba peanut products. Beer, soft drinks, and sake are available throughout the venue. Outside food and sealed non-alcoholic beverages are typically permitted.
