Frequently Asked Questions
The tour has two starting points. It begins at 08:00 AM from Shinjuku Station East Exit and at 08:30 AM from Tokyo Station Marunouchi South Exit. Please choose whichever is more convenient for you.
Please arrive early at your selected meeting point. If you miss the departure, refunds or rebooking are not available.
The tour price covers most essentials. However, personal purchases, additional food and beverages, and any activities not included in the itinerary are extra.
You will watch a demonstration and take part in a hands-on session where you prepare your own matcha, while learning about its cultural significance.
The tour concludes at Tokyo Station Marunouchi South Exit around 5:20 PM. Please note that the tour does not return to Shinjuku.

Lunch is a buffet at Hilton Tokyo Odaiba. It offers a variety of cuisines to cater to different tastes and includes options for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians.
