Wow, what a surprise zoo! There were heaps of interactive activities for the kids. My boys, who are six and twelve, had a blast. We spent the whole day there, enjoying different shows, feeding time and even getting to feed some of the animals. Plus, there were heaps of lunch options. I’m already looking forward to going back! Make sure you have 100 yen coins ready, lots of activities that you can just spend one coin to enjoy.
We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend it for families with young children. There are plenty animals for kids to interact with and feed the animals, which made the visit both fun and memorable.
My advice is to arrive early, as there’s a lot to see and do. Many of the animal interaction activities require queue tickets, so it’s best to check the schedule and secure your slots as soon as possible.
The most popular activities, such as penguin feeding and horse or camel rides, appear to have only a couple of sessions each day, making tickets very limited and highly sought after. We missed out on some activities because the queue tickets ran out quickly.
Overall, it’s a fantastic family-friendly attraction, especially for children who love animals.
Honestly one of the best zoo’s in the world. It’s super interactive in a sense that there are animals which you can touch/pet, I never thought I could get close to a kangaroo, a capybara, a camel?! On the other hand a giant tortoise is just free roaming. Some animals could also be fed as well with a tiny fee for the food under the guidance of the zoo keepers.
I can tell the animals are treated well with how clean the place is and their own areas are very spacious. There is also a parrot show that was entertaining to watch.
Overall, I highly recommend coming for a visit, a lot more fun and interactive than western zoo’s.

One of the best zoos I have ever been to.
Some might say its inhumane to keep some animals in small areas, and I do not disagree with that, but its a zoo. You should know what your paying for and funding before you fund it and complain.
Either way, the animal variety is the best I've seen. Being within an enclosure and having the animals walk around with you was an insane experience. I can say a shoebill flew over my head and was about 5 feet away, it was a wild experience, and that's only 1 animal.
For some of the animals, they have guides providing education about them. It was very informative, and they made it enjoyable for everybody. A child, or an adult, would both have a great experience here.
The food area smelled like warm cinnamon and freshly baked bread. It was fantastic.
The areas are kept at a temprature for the animals, but in all areas that are not near the animals, except outside, they have great AC.
I would highly recommend to a group of friends, people with kids, or people who just want to feel that wonder of seeing something not seen before, to come here.
The staff were polite, friendly, and super helpful.
This place is awesome! This is like a super fun petting zoo where you get to interact with a lot of the animals there. We got there 2 hrs before closing, but experienced quite a bit within that time.
Right when we arrived, we began feeding rabbits, then fish, then seeing some nocturnal animals, and tons of birds just hanging out, roaming amongst the visitors. The best part was seeing the capybaras and being able to feed them!
2 hours was just not enough time and if we ever go back, we’ll make sure to go a little earlier next time!
