I trusted what other reviews said and I ended up with very disappointed.

Extra charge from midnight but half of the baths were closed for cleaning.
Customer who drives here must pay for parking. What's the point of parking fee charging customer using facilities here? And it's more expensive than other normal parking service area.
Nothing special other than large hot tub in the big building.
Don't know how other reviews rated as 5 stars. Don't see any point to gain that good review.

บ่อน้ำร้อนตอนที่ผมไปก็ปิดทำความสะอาดบางส่วน ใช้ได้ไม่เต็มที่
ความสะอาดให้ 6/10 ครับ ก็ไม่ได้แย่ แต่ก็ไม่ได้ประทับใจอะไรเลย ใช้กลางคืนก็เก็บเงินเพิ่ม บ่อก็ปิดหลายบ่อ ใช้บริการแล้วไม่คุ้มเงินที่จ่ายไป
ที่จอดรถก็ต้องเสียค่่าจอด ทั้งๆ ที่มาใช้บริการของที่นี่แท้ๆ ส่วนลดถ้ามีก็ยังดี ไม่ต่างกับเอารถไปจอดที่จอดรถอื่น
ไปออนเซ็นนอกเมืองยังจะดีกว่าที่นี่ครับ แพงกว่าใช่ว่าจะดีกว่า
