No prior knowledge is required. The class is designed for complete beginners, with clear demonstrations and personal guidance so everyone can participate confidently.
The focus is on Edomae sushi, a traditional Tokyo style known for its careful rice preparation and fresh toppings. You will learn to prepare and shape several varieties during the session.
Please inform in advance if you have dietary restrictions. While sushi traditionally includes fish, adjustments can sometimes be made to accommodate vegetarian preferences.

Outstanding experience!
We hired them for a sushi workshop to give an authentic experience to my company's guests. We brought a group of influencers to Japan for a major event and wanted to provide some cultural experiences.
They came to our location with all the supplies they needed and provided an informative, fun, and engaging experience. Our guests were happy and took a lot of nice pictures.
On top of that, the company was very accommodating and easy to work with. 10/10 experience. Thank you!
