What is included in the tour price?

The tour price covers an English-speaking licensed guide, all admission fees for scheduled attractions, and transportation in an air-conditioned bus. If you choose the lunch-included option, a Japanese/Western-style buffet lunch is also provided.

Can I choose my drop-off location at the end of the tour?

Yes, there are several designated drop-off points in Kyoto, including specific hotels and Kyoto Station. You can select your preferred drop-off location when booking your tour.

Is lunch included, and what are the options?

Lunch is included if you choose the “with lunch” option during booking. This includes a buffet with both Japanese and Western dishes, suitable for various dietary preferences, including vegetarian options.

Can I cancel the tour, and what is the refund policy?

If you cancel eight or more days before the tour, you’ll receive a full refund. Cancellations within two to seven days of the tour are partially refundable, and cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour are non-refundable.

If the Kyoto Imperial Palace or Nijo Castle is closed, alternate sites will be visited instead.
