Yes, families with children are welcome. The tour is designed to be engaging for all ages. The pace is comfortable, and there are plenty of fascinating sights and activities that children will enjoy.
Lunch includes vegetarian and vegan options. However, we are unable to accommodate gluten-free diets. Please inform us in advance of any dietary restrictions so we can make the necessary arrangements.
No. Meals are prepared in kitchens not operated by the tour provider, so we cannot guarantee allergy-free food. Some venues may not allow substitutions, but we will do our best to offer alternatives at other stops.
The tour involves moderate walking with a few short breaks. It's generally not strenuous, but if there are concerns about health or mobility, please inform us beforehand to make necessary accommodations.
The tour starts on time. If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible, but the start time cannot be delayed.

Fun and informative tour experience
Our time with Hide and the Nara half-day tour was great. Hide was a fun and friendly guide. Not only does he know a lot about the sites and history, he’ll also show you where to get the best photos (and he’ll take plenty for you). The traditional lunch and deer in the park were definitely highlights too. We loved our visit to Nara and definitely recommend booking.
