Yes, children of all ages can join. Children under 6 years old can participate for free but will not receive a separate seat or meal unless booked under a child rate.
Mt. Fuji views depend on weather conditions. While every effort is made to visit scenic viewpoints, visibility is not guaranteed, and no refunds are issued if the mountain is obscured by clouds or fog.
Lunch is optional. You can choose to include a Japanese-style meal with your booking. Meal options include vegetarian, Indian thali, or Muslim-friendly menus. If you do not select a meal, you're free to bring your own or eat independently during the lunch break.
The tour itinerary may be adjusted due to weather, road conditions, or attraction closures. Alternate spots such as Lake Kawaguchi, museums, or ropeways may be substituted if needed. The tour will still proceed in such cases, and refunds are not issued for these changes.
If access is restricted, the tour will visit an alternative destination such as Oshino Hakkai, Lake Kawaguchi, or other nearby sightseeing spots.
Alternative attractions will be arranged, such as other ropeways, cruises, museums, or scenic viewpoints in the Hakone area.
