Please arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before departure.

The bus will depart on time and cannot wait for late arrivals. No refunds for missed departure.

Itinerary and timings may change due to weather, traffic, or operational reasons.

Mt. Fuji visibility is not guaranteed due to weather conditions.

Alternative routes or attractions may be used if Mt. Fuji 5th Station or Hakone attractions are inaccessible.

No refunds are provided for itinerary changes due to weather or operations.

The Hakone Ropeway or cruise may be replaced with alternative attractions if unavailable.

Lunch is not included for “No Lunch” plans. Please bring your own meal.

Dietary requests may be limited; gluten-free meals are not available.

Muslim-friendly meals are available but are not halal certified.

Missed Shinkansen departures are non-refundable and must be rebooked by the guest.

Children under 5 may join free of charge but do not receive a seat or meal.

Minimum participation requirement applies; the tour may be cancelled if not met.

Bus type and seating are assigned and cannot be selected in advance.

Smoking, pets, and unapproved luggage are not allowed on the bus.
