Children 0–3 years old can join for free, but no bus seat or meal is provided. Book a child ticket if a seat or meal is needed.

If weather or traffic prevents access to Mt. Fuji 5th Station, the tour may visit Oshino Hakkai or follow an alternative route.

Vegetarian and Muslim-friendly meals available upon request at booking.

Halal, lactose-free, and other special diets are not available.

Guests with serious allergies should choose the lunch-free option and bring their own food.

Mt. Fuji may not be visible due to weather, including rain, fog, or humidity; no refunds are given for visibility issues.

Itinerary order may change due to weather, traffic, or operational reasons. Some activities may be substituted or compensated, but no refunds are provided.

Late arrivals cannot join the tour; no refunds will be given.

Lunch locations may change due to operational reasons.

Extra drop-off service is not provided.

Large luggage over 160 cm (total H+W+L) cannot be brought onto non-reserved Shinkansen cars.

On weekends and holidays (April–November), heavy traffic may require the tour to end at Odawara Station; book the “Return by Bullet Train” plan for return transport.

English participation is provided only via the guide; no English audio guide is available.

Guests with a Japan Rail Pass may select the “Return by your own JR Pass” plan for the return trip.
