Visiting Tokyo Skytree: Find us at 1 Chome-1-2 Oshiage, Sumida City, Tokyo, open between 10:00 AM and 9:00 PM. Don’t forget to visit at your selected date and time and convert your mobile voucher into a paper ticket on the 4th floor.
Exchanging KEIKYU Hanetoku & Tokyo Metro Tickets: At Haneda Terminals 1 & 2, come by between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM; for Terminal 3, we’re open from the first to the last train. The ticket exchange is available only when staff are at the KEIKYU Line counters.
Validity & Restrictions: The KEIKYU Hanetoku Ticket & Tokyo Metro Pass stay valid for 12 months. After exchange, KEIKYU is valid for 9 days, and the Metro Pass for 48- hours. Note: exchanges at Tokyo Metro/Toei Subway Line stations are not allowed!
