No. Entry into the Osaka Castle main tower is not included. The guided visit covers the exterior grounds, moats, and the surrounding park. Tower admission can be purchased independently on the day.

The tour visits Kobe Chinatown for free time to explore and try local street food. The Kobe Harbor waterfront follows with additional free time. Kobe beef restaurants are available nearby for guests who wish to dine independently.
