Arashiyama Adventure: Sagano Romantic Train and Hozugawa River Boat Ride Tour

• A valid mobile or printed voucher is required to exchange for a bus ticket before boarding.

• Failure to present a voucher will require purchasing a new ticket on-site at full cost.

• Please arrive at least 20 minutes before departure, as the bus will not wait for late arrivals.

• Late arrivals cannot join the tour, receive refunds, or make changes to the booking.

• The voucher is only valid on the day of participation.

• The tour may be canceled or adjusted due to weather or operational conditions.

• If the Sagano Romantic Train is suspended, the tour may also be canceled.

• If the Hozugawa River boat ride is canceled, the itinerary will be adjusted and the boat fee refunded on-site.

• Boarding the boat requires wearing a life jacket and following all safety instructions.

• Children under 80 cm in height are not permitted on the boat.

• Wheelchair users must be accompanied by an attendant and cannot bring wheelchairs onto the boat.

• The tour guide provides service in Japanese only, and the tour is shared with Japanese guests.

• A GPS audio guide with multilingual support is available for use on the bus only.

• The audio guide must be returned at the end of the tour.

• Audio guide service may be unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues.

• Lunch is not included, and guests should arrange their own meals in Arashiyama.
