Yes. Large luggage and strollers can be stored in the bus trunk. Please inform the bus crew on the day of the tour, and keep your valuables with you at all times.
The scheduled return time is approximate and may be delayed due to traffic or road conditions. Please allow extra time if you have onward travel plans.
Yes. Infants aged 0–5 can join free of charge but will not be provided with a seat or meal. One infant may accompany each paying adult. If you would like a seat for an infant, please book a child ticket.
Yes. You may leave the tour at designated drop-off locations along the route. Please inform your tour guide in advance. No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the tour, and drop-offs at non-designated locations are not permitted.
Seating is assigned in advance and cannot be reserved. Please use the same seat throughout the tour. If you book an odd number of participants, you may be seated next to another guest.
Yes, if you can climb a few steps to board the bus and are accompanied by someone who can assist you. Your wheelchair can be stored in the bus trunk, and the driver will help retrieve it at each stop.
Guide Kiki was excellent guide. Very helpful responsive person. But due to the rain, we were not able to see Mt. Fuji that day. Other that, everything was good and fun.

We had a fantastic guide, Kiki. He was kind, flexible, knowledgable & made our day great, despite the rain! We would definitely request Kiki as our tour guide again.

Mt. Fuji
Guide Kiki was excellent guide. Very helpful responsive person. But due to the rain, we were not able to see Mt. Fuji that day. Other that, everything was good and fun.
