• A valid physical passport and International Driving Permit (IDP) are required to drive.

• Digital copies, photos, PDFs, or A4 copies of required documents are not accepted.

Eligibility Requirements

• Participants must have an IDP issued as a booklet under the 1949 Geneva Convention.

• 1968 Convention IDPs are not valid for driving in Japan.

• Drivers from Switzerland, Germany, France, Taiwan, Belgium, and Monaco must bring a JAF-issued Japanese translation of their license.

• Licenses from countries not covered by the 1949 Geneva Convention cannot be used in Japan.

Booking Restrictions

• Guests without valid required documents cannot participate and refunds will not be provided.

• This activity is not recommended for pregnant travelers.

• This activity is not recommended for guests with back problems or heart conditions.
