You will learn the introduction to Iaido and its history, basic movement, etiquette, cutting techniques (Shizan) on particular practice targets, and many more.
Dive into the ancient art of Iai-do, a serene yet powerful form of Japanese swordsmanship that dates back to the 17th century. This experience offers a unique opportunity to learn Mugairyu-style Iaido, focusing on harmonizing your mind, body, and soul.

This was awesome. Learnt more about the samurai culture through this workshop. Even got taught the dual wield technique which was a bonus. Highly recommend doing this.
