Are the bento contents the same for adults and children?

No. For Standard Seats, adults receive the Hirakuza Bento, while children aged 3 to 12 receive the Hirakuza Kids Bento.

Is photography allowed during the experience?

Photography rules may vary depending on the performance segment. Guests will have time for commemorative photos with the wrestlers after the show.

Can I change my reservation date?

Yes. You can change your reservation free of charge up to 21 days before the performance date by making a new reservation and canceling the original one. Changes made within 20 days of the performance are subject to the cancellation policy.

Is participation in the Sumo Challenge guaranteed?

No. Participation is determined by lottery. If you would like to join, please arrive by the show start time to be eligible for the draw.

What's not included

Transportation to/from the venue

The experience lasts approximately 2 hours, including the meal, sumo show, and commemorative photo.
Check the performance schedule before your visit, as operating days are irregular.
Doors open at 5:00 PM for the 6:00 PM show and at 8:00 PM for the 9:00 PM show.
Arrive before the show starts if you wish to enter the Sumo Challenge lottery.
The Sumo Challenge is available only to guests selected by lottery.
Guests may choose to upgrade to a different type of bento for an additional fee through the dedicated purchase page provided in the voucher.
Reservations for the bento plan close at 10:00 AM (JST), 3 days before the performance date.
Please arrive with sufficient time before the show begins, as late arrival may limit seat access or viewing time.

Hirakuza's sumo hall sits on the eighth floor of Namba Parks, a shopping complex near Namba Station. Its raked seating surrounds a full-size dohyo stage, and a souvenir shop and a bar counter are by the entrance.
