• Participants must be at least 18 years old to join this driving activity.

• A valid 1949 Geneva Convention International Driving Permit (IDP) is required.

• Hard copy documents must be presented on the day of the activity.

• The IDP must be in booklet format; card-type permits are not accepted.

Eligibility Requirements

• Foreign licenses from Switzerland, Germany, France, Taiwan, Belgium, Estonia, and Monaco are accepted with an official Japanese translation.

• US, Canada, and Australia require an IDP booklet (A–E) plus home license and passport.

• India requires an IDP booklet (A–E) issued by an approved automobile association, plus license and passport.

• Citizens of some countries, such as China, Indonesia, Pakistan, and Qatar, are not eligible to drive in Japan. Please confirm whether your country issues an IDP under the 1949 convention before booking.

• All travelers must present their original home country license, passport, and valid IDP on the day of the activity.

Booking Restrictions

• International driving permits must comply with 1949 convention standards to be legally valid in Japan.

• IDPs issued under the 1968 Vienna Convention are not accepted.

• IDPs issued by IAA, IDL Services, IDL Worldwide, International Automobile Drivers Club, and International Drivers Association are not accepted.

• Digital or photocopied versions of driving permits will not be accepted under any circumstances.

• Failure to present proper documentation will result in activity cancellation without refund eligibility.

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are fully refundable.

• The operator may cancel the activity due to bad weather or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, rescheduling or a full refund will be offered.

How to use

• Vouchers are valid only for the specified date and time.

• Mobile vouchers are accepted at check-in.

• Participants must arrive 15 minutes before departure for license verification.

• Late arrivals or no-shows will not be refunded.

Weather Conditions

• This is an outdoor activity and depends on safe weather conditions.

• Poor weather cancellations allow rescheduling or full refund.

• The operator may cancel due to extreme weather or safety concerns.
