Yes, the tour includes a lot of walking, mostly downhill from the top of the mountain to the bottom. While the hike is not too difficult, comfortable shoes are recommended. If you have mobility concerns, please let us know in advance.

No, participant meals and drinks are not included. There will be a stop at Nakasenbon, a mountain shopping street, where you can purchase lunch and local snacks.
