Please arrive at least 15 minutes early (by 7:45 AM) because the tour starts exactly at 8:00 AM. If you arrive late, you will be considered a "No-Show," and there will be no refunds. The tour has scheduled stops, and a delay could affect the entire experience.
No, you do not need previous experience with E-bikes. If you can ride a regular bicycle, you will have no problem using an E-bike. Before starting, your guide will give you a short briefing on how to operate it safely.
If you have food allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know when booking. We will do our best to accommodate, but some traditional dishes may have limited alternatives.
Non-alcoholic drinks are available at all food stops. If you prefer, you can choose soft drinks instead of beer or sake during the sushi meal.
The tour is led by a bilingual guide who speaks both English and Japanese. If you need help with translations or have any questions, the guide will assist you.
