The tour starts with hotel pickup in Tokyo or Yokohama, where your guide meets you in your hotel lobby and escorts you to the station. The tour ends at Shinagawa or Tokyo Station. Return transportation to your hotel is not included.
Yes. Children can join the tour. Children aged 11 and under may join free of charge, though a surcharge applies for children aged 6–11 to cover transportation and admission fees. Due to stairs and uneven paths, strollers may be difficult to use, and a child carrier is recommended for younger children.
The tour generally operates in most weather conditions. If certain attractions, such as the boat cruise or ropeway, are closed due to weather, alternative transportation (such as a bus) will be used. In rare cases, areas like Owakudani may close due to volcanic activity, and the itinerary will be adjusted accordingly.
Participants should be able to walk approximately 12 km over the course of the day. The tour involves stairs, uneven ground, and slopes, including areas around Hakone Shrine, nature trails, and train stations.
If you have tattoos, please inform the tour operator at the time of booking. A tattoo-friendly onsen will be selected where possible.
