Routes and Schedule

• Trains depart from Narita Airport Terminal 1, Terminal 2–3, Nippori Station, and Keisei Ueno Station.

• From Narita Airport: services run between 07:23 and 23:00 daily. (Time Table)

• From Ueno and Nippori: services operate between 05:40 and 20:20 daily.

• Non-stop service means you can reach downtown Tokyo in under an hour.

• Seats are always reserved, ensuring comfort and peace of mind during the trip.

Redeem Locations & Hours

From Ueno & Nippori to Narita

• Keisei Ueno Station: Ticket Machine or Ticket Counter (5:10 am – 8:20 pm)

• Nippori Station: Ticket Machine or JR Connection Counter (5:00 am – 11:30 pm)

From Narita to Ueno

• Narita Terminal 1 Station: Ticket Machine or Information Center (7:00 am – 9:00 pm)

• Narita Terminal 2–3 Station: Ticket Machine or Information Center (7:00 am – 9:00 pm)

Tokyo Subway Ticket Use

• Collect a physical ticket from vending machines at any Tokyo Metro or Toei Subway station.

• If no vending machine is available at your departure station, staff will guide you to the nearest one.

• You can also collect tickets at Tokyo Metro station offices (except specific excluded stations like Hibiya Line Kitasenju, Nakameguro, Nakano, etc.).

• One QR code = one set of tickets. If you buy multiple tickets, they will all be exchanged and activated together.

Good to Know

• E-tickets must be exchanged for physical tickets before boarding.

• Physical tickets can only be collected on the date of travel selected.

• No refunds are available once tickets are redeemed, unless the train is canceled.

• Refunds for disruptions must be processed in person at Keisei counters with the original ticket and proof of purchase.

• Tickets cannot be used for Morningliner, Eveningliner, or Cityliner services.

Using Your Voucher

• Show your QR code at the station.

• Redeem the e-ticket at vending machines or ticket counters.

• Keep your physical ticket with you, as it will be needed both for boarding and for any refund request.
