Where can I exchange my voucher for the Skyliner ticket?

How do I collect the Tokyo Subway Ticket?

You can redeem the Tokyo Subway pass at Tokyo Metro or Toei Subway ticket machines, as well as most Tokyo Metro station offices. If a machine is unavailable at your station, staff will direct you to the nearest one.

Can I use the Tokyo Subway Ticket on JR lines?

No, the pass is valid only on Tokyo Metro and Toei Subway lines. It cannot be used on JR trains or other private railways.

What if I lose my QR code or forget to bring it?

The QR code is required to exchange for both the Skyliner and Tokyo Subway tickets. Without it, you will not be able to redeem your tickets, so please keep it safe.

Redeeming Your Skyliner Ticket

E-tickets must be exchanged for physical tickets before boarding.

Tokyo Subway Ticket Redemption & Use

Redeem your physical ticket at vending machines in Tokyo Metro or Toei Subway stations.
If a machine is unavailable, station staff will direct you to the nearest one.
Tickets can also be collected at Tokyo Metro station offices (excluding certain stations such as Hibiya Line Kitasenju, Nakameguro, and Nakano).
One QR code equals one set of tickets. Multiple tickets under one QR code will be exchanged at the same time.

Restrictions & Refund Policy

Tickets cannot be used for Morningliner, Eveningliner, or Cityliner services.
No refunds are available once tickets are redeemed, unless the train is canceled.
Refunds for disruptions must be processed in person at Keisei counters with the original ticket and proof of purchase.
