Before You Travel (Eligibility & General Info)

• Children aged 0–5 may travel free (up to two per adult) if they do not occupy a separate seat.

• A child ticket is required from the third child or for solo child travel.

• The Skyliner is wheelchair and stroller accessible.

• Station staff are available to provide assistance when needed.

• Refunds apply for suspensions or delays over 1 hour (per official policy).

Routes & Train Information

• Trains operate between Narita Airport (Terminals 1 and 2–3), Nippori Station, and Keisei Ueno Station.

• From Narita Airport: 07:23–23:00 daily. (Time Table)

• From Ueno and Nippori: 05:40–20:20 daily.

• Non-stop service reaches central Tokyo in under one hour.

• All seats are reserved.

Redeeming Your Skyliner Ticket

• E-tickets must be exchanged for physical tickets before boarding.

• Show your QR code at the station.

• Separate QR codes are required for Skyliner and Subway tickets.

• Redeem at vending machines or ticket counters (see locations below).

• Physical tickets can only be collected on the selected travel date.

• Keep your physical ticket for boarding and any refund requests.

Redemption Locations & Hours

From Ueno / Nippori to Narita

• Keisei Ueno Station: Ticket machine or counter (5:10 am – 8:20 pm).

• Nippori Station: Ticket machine or JR connection counter (5:00 am – 11:30 pm).

From Narita to Ueno

• Narita Airport Terminal 1: Ticket machine or information center (7:00 am – 9:00 pm).

• Narita Airport Terminals 2–3: Ticket machine or information center (7:00 am – 9:00 pm).

Tokyo Subway Ticket Redemption & Use

• Redeem your physical ticket at vending machines in Tokyo Metro or Toei Subway stations.

• If a machine is unavailable, station staff will direct you to the nearest one.

• Tickets can also be collected at Tokyo Metro station offices (excluding certain stations such as Hibiya Line Kitasenju, Nakameguro, and Nakano).

• One QR code equals one set of tickets. Multiple tickets under one QR code will be exchanged at the same time.

Restrictions & Refund Policy

• Tickets cannot be used for Morningliner, Eveningliner, or Cityliner services.

• No refunds are available once tickets are redeemed, unless the train is canceled.

• Refunds for disruptions must be processed in person at Keisei counters with the original ticket and proof of purchase.
