• All participants must be at least 18 years of age to join this driving activity.

• A valid International Driving Permit issued under the 1949 Geneva Convention is required for participation.

• Hard copy documentation must be presented on the day of the activity.

Eligibility Requirements

• Nationals of Switzerland, Germany, France, Belgium, Monaco, and Taiwan may drive with an official Japanese translation of their license; contact us at least one month in advance for assistance.

• US, Canadian, and Australian passport holders must present a booklet-format IDP (A–E classification) along with their home country license and passport.

• Indian passport holders must present a booklet-format IDP (A–E classification) issued by a recognized authority, along with their national license and passport.

• Citizens of some countries, including China, Indonesia, Pakistan, and Qatar, are not eligible to drive in Japan and should confirm IDP eligibility before booking.

• All travelers must present their original home country license, passport, and valid IDP on the day of the activity.

Booking Restrictions

• International Driving Permits must comply with 1949 Geneva Convention standards to be valid in Japan.

• Digital or photocopied permits will not be accepted under any circumstances.

• Failure to present valid documentation will result in cancellation without a refund.

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are fully refundable.

• The operator may cancel the activity due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, with rescheduling or a full refund offered.

How to use

• Vouchers are valid only for the specified date and time.

• Mobile vouchers are accepted at check-in.

• Participants must arrive at least 15 minutes before departure for license verification.

• Late arrivals and no-shows are non-refundable.

Weather Conditions

• This activity is weather-dependent and requires safe operating conditions.

• In case of poor weather, participants will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

• The operator may cancel the activity due to extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances.
