We kick off our day at 8:50 am at the tranquil Tsukiji Honganji Temple. Amidst its historic walls, you'll be greeted by your guide, a local food enthusiast eager to share Tokyo's culinary tales.
2. Venturing into Tsukiji Outer Market
By the time the clock strikes 9:00 am, we're diving into the heart of the Tsukiji Outer Market. The market bustles with life: there are stalls overflowing with the freshest catches, vibrant vegetables, and an array of other unique finds. As you navigate this maze of flavors with your guide, you’ll have chances to interact with seasoned vendors, each with their own story of Tokyo’s ever-evolving food scene. Amidst this culinary exploration, a short pause at the Namiyoke Shrine lets you soak in some spiritual history, offering a contrast to the marketplace's vibrant energy.
3. From Market Streets to Cooking Suites
Transitioning at 11:00 am, we exchange the lively shouts of the market for the mellow ambiance of our designated cooking studio. This is where you'll witness the transformation of raw ingredients into dishes that represent Tokyo's rich gastronomy.
4. Hands-on Culinary Creation

It all starts with understanding the crucial foundation: the traditional Japanese soup stock. This broth is the undercurrent for many dishes, and learning its preparation is key. From there, it's on mastering the elegance of sushi rolling and the craft of preparing a fluffy Japanese omelet. Each step is a blend of tradition and your personal touch, ensuring every dish is a unique masterpiece.

Each class accommodates up to 6 participants.
Participants must be at least 12 years old.
