Mt. Usu (Usuzan) Volcano Hiking Tour in Hokkaido

Advance booking is required at least 3 days before the tour.

A minimum of 2 participants is required to join the tour.

Solo travelers should contact the supplier before booking.

Participants must be at least 19 years old.

Participants should be comfortable walking uphill and downhill on uneven ground for about 7 km over roughly three hours.

Early spring may still have snow in shaded forest sections, though the route will remain accessible.

A lunch and toilet break will be provided at the mountain viewpoint.

Wear suitable hiking footwear and breathable clothing for exercise.

Bring a lightweight rain jacket, snacks, and drinks. Sunglasses and sunscreen are recommended in summer.

The tour may be canceled in severe weather such as heavy rain, strong winds, typhoons, or heavy snow, and in such cases a 50% refund of the tour fee will be issued.
