真是太棒了！我没有上课，但在后面的小屋住了几个晚上，一切都超出了我的预期。小屋迷人、舒适又温馨。而且只接待女性！我太喜欢这里了。非常感谢Sakura！

我们非常喜欢这次烹饪课！我们可以用英语问很多问题，这让我们很感激。菜品很棒，老师还教了一些可以在家实践的实用技巧。我们肯定还会参加他们更多的课程！

I took this class today with Moe and it was one of the most incredible experiences of my 5 weeks in Japan which has been full of some pretty amazing things. It was just Moe and me so I got a private lesson and it was so much more than that. Not only did I learn the fundamentals of Koji cooking which due to its health benefits and rich history is a growing cooking trend in the west, I got many other lessons on food and other Japanese history as well as one of the best meals I’ve had here. We made an “impossible” sushi roll that I will dream about, koji Dashimaki (the Japanese omelette that you’re always like, “I wonder how they made that?”—NOW I KNOW CAUSE I MADE IT #YAY!!), and duck jibuni. We also had salad and miso soup. And then we made MOCHI and knowing how to make it is both the best and worst because I will make and eat a lot of it :) Moe is a very special person and taking her class was an honor. 如果你离开金泽时没有上过她的课，你的金泽之行就不算完整。我可以写上很久很久，来描述我和萌一起度过的美好时光，但我相信你已经明白我的意思了。如果你看到了这段话，再次感谢你，萌！！！！❤️
