淡季去的，人不多，非常安静。我们是先去二荒山，再去东照宫，最后轮王寺的倒序走法，从山下走上坡还是有点累的。

經過東照宮華美雕飾的轟炸後，二荒山神社相對給人古樸沈靜之感。可能因為祭祀的不是人神，少了將軍與百姓的距離，過了山門就可以看見祈求幸運的gate(?)，深入一點的地方還有祈求幸運之櫻、祈福套圈圈，一整個庶民祈願一家大小平安的感覺都出來了啊。我們也跟著日本當地參拜的民眾繞來繞去，很是好玩XD 御朱印除了一般之外，目前還有藍色與粉色色紙黏貼的限定款式，其他境內各社的御朱印也在同一個地方奉寫，牆上貼有展示。但因為下雨無法一一走完各社，只能殘念望著各種御朱印啊。
日光開山鼻祖"勝上道人"於767年, 創立二荒山神社, 供奉日光三大山的山神(男體山, 女峰山, 太郎山)。1619年, 第2代將軍德川秀忠所建造。現在, 主要祭祀福緣结守的"大己貴命"神及求子安產的"田心姬命"神。春天有(13~17日/4月)。内有瀧尾神社, 夫妻樹, 親子樹...傳說泉水治眼疾!
