Scott was super knowledgeable and funny. We went and got cinnamon mochi then we were able to see a real blacksmiths process for making traditional Japanese knives and even got to use the anvil and hammer.

The great Sakai knife tour!
Great tour! Great group!
The tour guide Jean-Yve kept a comfortable pace, condensed and communicated the history of Sakai for easy understanding and kept us all entertained. He was excellent.
I really enjoyed the knife museum and gift shop.
I went with the intention of buying an authentic Japanese kitchen knife and this tour did not disappoint. Lots of options.
