We loved this so much, we actually remember it as one of the best things we did in Japan. Isabelle was so knowledgeable and patient and made sure to explain each step, and kept a watchful eye to make sure we didn't go wrong. The whole experience actually took about 1.5 hours, so leave plenty of time. You get a choice of included and upgraded woods, and after you've done shaving and sanding you dip your chopsticks and oil and have a choice to pay for engraving. Our chopsticks look stunning but more important to us are the fond memories we made here.

Unique experience!
What a fun unique experience to do when in Tokyo! Our guide was amazing (Isabella). She was so knowledgeable about chopsticks and the meaning behind the size, placement, etc. Great personalized gift to bring home!
