Once your purchase is successfully confirmed, you will receive an email containing a 2D barcode that will serve as your e-ticket, ensuring a seamless entry experience.
Unfortunately, all tickets are fixed-date, meaning alterations, cancellations, or refunds are not possible once the purchase has been confirmed. Please double-check your availability before booking.
On the day of your visit, kindly present the confirmation email with the 2D barcode (displayed on your smartphone) along with your passport or a valid identification card to gain entry.
Your ticket generously includes a Tokyo Skytree Combo Ticket, allowing access to both the Tembo Galleria and the Tembo Deck. Additionally, the experience fee and colored glass for your faceting experience are also covered.
Please ensure to bring your reservation confirmation, as a voucher with a QR code is crucial for entry at Tokyo Skytree, and a separate voucher is required at the workshop for the faceting experience.
