• The tour is guided by a Japanese-English speaking guide for your convenience.

• Inform us in advance if you are traveling with an infant.

• Infants traveling free of charge will not be provided with a separate seat.

• Depending on group size, a medium or small-sized bus will be used.

• The bus is not equipped with a toilet. Please plan accordingly.

• Always wear your seat belt while on the bus.

• Schedule and stops may change due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances, potentially shortening stay times or delaying arrival.

• Please take all trash with you when leaving the bus.

• Check that no personal belongings are left behind on the bus after the tour.

• Late arrivals cannot board the bus, and no refunds will be issued.

TeamLab Safety Guidelines

• Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by a guardian aged 20 or older. One guardian may accompany up to three children (tickets required for guardians).

• Due to its interactive nature, the museum may not be suitable for individuals who are pregnant, carrying a child, or have mobility challenges.

• For the Exercise Forest, wear slip-resistant, comfortable shoes. Avoid high heels, sandals, or clogs.
